How long does the FUELSEP® work before it is no longer effective?
The FUELSEP® should work for 5,000 engine hours, or five years.
After 5,000 hours, you need to replace the unit. Contact Walker Engineering for trade-in replacement information. |

Is there any maintenance involved or required for the FUELSEP®?
No, once the FUELSEP® unit is installed, it will be maintenance free.
If the fuelsep is subjected to contaminated fuel or the unit becomes clogged with debris or algae, then standard cleaning steps must be taken to place the entire fuel system back into useful service. |

Will additives affect the FUELSEP® and it’s operation?
Additives will not harm or affect the way the fuelsep works.
However, once the fuelsep has been in use for some time, you may want to re-evaluate the need for buying such additives. Your fuelsep will improve your general engine preformance by treating the fuel. |
